Welcome to the Welsh Fitness Expo 2022 Celebrating the best in Sports Nutrition, Fitness Clothing, Fitness Equipment, Training Providers and Training Facilities.

In Wales we have one of the largest and most active fitness communities. These communities are dedicated to the fitness lifestyle and spend accordingly. Until now, there has been no expo catering to this huge community.

The inaugural Welsh Fitness Expo will bring together our most dedicated fitness enthusiasts, keep-fitters and weekend warriors to meet the best the fitness industry has to offer. The Welsh Fitness Expo is to be held at the All Nations Centre, Cardiff, Wales on Saturday, 2nd July 2022.
